What We Do

We can take the hard work and risk out of manually creating a complex roster.

By using advanced computer algorithms, RosterPro can quickly create a safe schedule for employees, taking into account an individual's availability, skills and other requirements such as specific shift types.

If someone is unavailable for a shift it can quickly be reallocated to the next most suitable person.

And best of all of the requirements are completely customisable meaning that you can refine the algorithm to create the best possible outcome for your team. Each team member can download a calendar of their shifts to integrate seamlessly into their smartphones or calendar apps.

ABOUT US

RosterPro was created by Nick, an Emergency doctor who became increasingly frustrated with workplaces not being able to be flexible to meet the needs of the team whilst maintaining an incredibly complex and important roster of large numbers of staff.

In order to make sure that the best solution that met the needs of the hospital and the individuals who work there Nick set out to create a program that could take the hard work out of scheduling large teams whilst meeting the needs of all of the people involved.

After months of development that program became a reality and is now used to develop complex, safe combinations of staff to ensure that there are the right people with the right skills available to make sure that patients are safe and work-life balance is maintained.
